Support
To assure our customers of maximum satisfaction, we fully understand
of customers' demands and assign the experienced QC inspectors
and engineers to perform strict QC throughout the whole production
procedures with high-precision testing equipment.
We have a special department for quality management to continual
improvement QMS. The testing equipment used in our QC is of
top quality, including gray fabric perch, finished fabric
perch, needle-detective machine, single-yarn strength machine,
washing-fastness machine, constant temperature ovens, testing
devices for colorfastness, abrasion testers, chain balances,
TC-PIIG automatic color difference testers, length testers
and more. Equipped with the advanced facilities, our QC staff
work hard to ensure that every product is perfect.
We also avail of the services of an independent laboratory
and the authoritative departments to conduct testing for us.
QC is done by in-house staff as well as by independent laboratories.

Details
All raw materials are closely
checked before the production begins. Sample items are made
before mass production. The products are inspected at each
manufacturing stage. We also conduct random inspections as
an added QC measure. Final delivery is authorized only after
a comprehensive check of the finished products is completed.
